Green House Facilities Management was founded in 2021 by Mr. Sayed Jameel Mohammed in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism (MOICT) with commercial registration no. 147612-1.
The company specializes in providing Clients with facilities management solutions that improve the workplace and everyday operations. It provides a comprehensive range of solutions related to the activities required for the Client’s business to operate, acting as a single point of contact for all the business” needs.
Green House Facilities Management integrates expert subcontractors that have extensive relative experience in the field, committing to cost-effective facilities management while providing top-quality solutions to its Clients. This is accomplished with a flexible approach and an open book policy between the Client and us. The solutions provided by Green House Facilities Management’s subcontractors are split into two – Hard Solutions (MEP Solutions, firefighting, and CCTV) and Soft Solutions (cleaning, landscaping and pest control, safety and healthy solutions).
Moreover, Green House Facilities Management is the authorized partner for Facility Management Software (CMMS); a digital platform that focuses on managing maintenance operations related to equipment and facilities. It also allows managers and maintenance technicians to obtain a detailed view of the maintenance operations, and this includes costs of work orders, control breakdowns, and access to the asset history.
This allows maintenance technicians to make smarter decisions and carry out work orders efficiently. Moreover, the data collected and stored in CMMS helps managers meet regulatory and compliance requirements more easily.
